Outpatient

The Outpatient Department (OPD) stands as the bustling heart of Nepal Eye Hospital, catering to 500 – 700 patients daily and starts from 9:00 AM on all working days. Patient comfort during potentially lengthy wait times is prioritized with ample seating arrangements. A digital token system efficiently manages patient queues, ensuring a smooth flow of appointments. Moreover, all consultant stations boast latest diagnostic equipment, facilitating accurate assessments. Across the hospital, an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System seamlessly manages patient records, enhancing accessibility and precision in healthcare provision.

NEH provides services in OPD under three categories:
General OPD – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Registration 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM)

Fast Track Clinic – 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Registration 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Extended Clinic – 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Registration 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
